We ship and deliver all our buildings and roofing structures to your designated delivery or installation site. We pack our building kit systems efficiently, allowing us to ship multiple buildings per delivery, cutting down on transportation-related environmental impacts and costs.
3. What steel building styles do you offer?

5. Can a steel building handle snow?
Simply put – yes! Each Future Buildings building kit and roof structure will be designed by our certified engineers who are licensed in jurisdictions across North America, and manufactured to meet the very specific snow, wind and seismic loads for the exact location you will be installing your structure.
6. Do you offer installation services?
We do not offer installation services – we will send you a building kit that includes the components you need to erect your building. With our DIY-friendly design, our basic building kits allow our customers to save time – and money!

7. Do you offer financing?
Many of our customers find that because adding a steel building will increase the value of their property, their banks are happy to finance their steel building project, as such we don’t offer in-house financing.
8. What type of steel are your buildings made of?
Future Buildings steel buildings and roofing solutions are highly durable, made from Galvalume PlusTM steel, making our structures 3-6 times stronger than traditional steel buildings. The steel of our structures is treated with a highly corrosion-resistant zinc alloy, making them 7 times more rust resistant than steel buildings made from regular galvanized steel, and come backed with a 40-year rust perforation warranty.
9. How does it work when it comes to your clearance buildings?
Occasionally a customer may need to cancel their order – when this happens, we are able to offer certain units for prices well below their original selling price. 10. Can I see a price list?
Because our steel buildings are custom-made, we are unable to provide general price lists as with mass-produced structures – each of our customers instead receives a True Pricing Quote for their specific project.
