Future Buildings provides a green structure with a low carbon foot print by efficiently using at least 80% recycled steel fused with a Galvalume Plus coating. The coating reduces energy consumption by reflecting heat; this keeps your building cooler in the summer and retains more heat in the winter. The building can also be reassembled at a new location or recycled at anytime making it a safe renewable building option.

Future Buildings provides many options for you to lower the carbon footprint of your steel building by providing you with many customized eco-friendly options and add-ons.

  • Taking advantage of renewable resources such as use of sunlight by installing large windows, skylights, and dome lights, or using solar-powered energy sources.
  • Installing high efficiency windows, doors, and insulation to reduce energy use and increase efficiency of the building.
  • Positioning windows, walls, skylights, and dome lights in a way that provides more natural light, maximizing solar gain and thereby lessening the need for electric light during the day.
  • Buildings can be engineered to handle the installing of renewable energy sources such as solar panels, wind turbines, etc. to significantly reduce the environmental impact of the building and maximizing your eco-friendly building potential.
